PROGRAM DESIGN
Are you internally motivated enough to train on your own but would just like to know you're maximizing your time with a program custom tailored to your goals and needs? We can help!
With our PROGRAM DESIGN option we meet with you for a 1 hour inital session to assess your needs and abilities, then we create a custom training program for you before meet again for another 1 hour session to teach you the program. Your program will be delivered to you with photos, videos and clear descriptions and summaries of all your exercises, sets, repetitions, intensity, tempo, etc
