Yoga Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for all yoga classes. Once class begins, the studio door is locked for safety and to prevent interruptions. Late entry is not permitted.

This policy applies only to yoga. The main gym door remains open during other classes.

What to Bring

A yoga mat, towel, and water. Mats are available to borrow for your first class if needed.
