That’s why we spend 2 hours every week discussing the very best of nutrition and lifestyle habits that will help you hit your fitness and health goals and maintain them for life! We meet every Monday and Thursday evening at 7:30 pm for lectures about the best in nutrition and lifestyle for improved health and weight loss. We meet every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for fat torching and muscle sculpting hour-long workouts, and every Sunday for a restorative Hot Hatha Yoga class! You also get unlimited nutrition and lifestyle coaching through text, phone, and email for the full 21 days and the invaluable support of a group of like-minded individuals. This is a small group of 8-10 people and all sessions are led by our world-class training staff!
