Schedule

This is a Fitness and Sports focused 3 hour day camp. The daily schedule will be:

 

11:00-11:15 Warm-up Game

11:15-12:00 Strength & Cardio Workout

12:00-12:15 Hydration/Snack Break

12:15-1:00 Sports Skills & Drills

1:00-1:15 Hydration/Snack Break

1:15-1:45 Fun & Games!

1:45-2:00 Stretch & Cool Down

2:00pm Pick-Up!


Details

Each day is broken into 3 main parts. The first part is the 45 minute Strength & Cardio workout. This will be the toughest part of the day where kids will participate in a group workout involving bodyweight exercises, dumbells, medicine balls, running, jumping, etc.

The second part will be 45 minutes of learning and trying sports skills and drills. Sports will be basketball, soccer, track & field and ball hockey.  The final day will be an Olympics style even that includes skills from all 4 sports! 

The final part will be movement focused fun and games! This final section will be focused on fun and play! We'll finish each day with 15 minutes of stretching and cooling down prior to pick-up.
